Fee Refund Policy

The application/program fee, once paid, is non-refundable. However, refund may be considered under exceptional circumstances, as mentioned below:

• An application was completed and the fee was paid but it is later determined that the fee is not applicable (for example, fees collected for a student who is re-entering RadicalForms or being reclassified).
• An application was completed and more than one payment is rendered for the same application for the same semester.
• More than one application was completed, and payment was remitted for both applications when a single application could have been updated without an additional fee payment.
• A student qualified for a fee waiver but filled out the wrong application and paid the fee.
• Other extenuating circumstances may be considered with appropriate supporting documentation and institute approval.

Cancellation Policy

Your Application will be cancelled

• If the Application form is incomplete,
• If the fee paid is short,
• If the supporting documents are not complete,
• If false documents have been submitted,
• If required educational qualifications are not fulfilled,
• If the minimum age criteria is not fulfilled,
• If incorrect or wrong information is given,
• If the Secondary examination is not passed from a recognized board/university.
• If more than 03 (three) application forms are received from the same address.

Note: Application once cancelled will not be re-considered and fee paid will not be refunded under any circumstances.

Shipping / Delivery of Services

All our services are online. No physical delivery will be carried out for any of the services purchased. User will receive an email on his/her registered email ID, once a service is availed, confirming the service transaction.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

Any refund / cancellation related to application form of an institution is under the sole authorization of the institute. You are requested to directly contact the institute or email us at - support@radicalforms.com, to forward your refund/cancellation request.

Please be shared that a successful transaction in which an application ID / order ID is generated, no cancellation can be made. However, if in a transaction performed by you on the site, multiple debit has been made on your card / account, for a single transaction, then you may inform us by sending an email to support@radicalforms.com. If the investigating team find that you have been charged multiple times for a single transaction/service, then the refund shall be processed within 21 business days from the date of receipt of your request. All refunds will be credited to the source of the payment. Once the refund is processed from our side, it may take upto 21 days for the money to reflect in your account, depending on your bank's policy.

Report Abuse

As per these Terms, users are solely responsible for every material or content uploaded on to the website. • The partner with whom RadicalForms offered the Services to you has terminated its relationship or ceased to offer the Services to you; or
• The provision of the Services to you by RadicalForms is, in RadicalForms' opinion, no longer commercially viable.

When these Terms come to an end, all of the legal rights, obligations and liabilities that you and RadicalForms have benefited from, been subject to (or which have accrued over time whilst the Terms have been in force) or which are expressed to continue indefinitely, shall be unaffected by this cessation, and the provisions of Indemnification and Governing Law shall continue to apply to such rights, obligations and liabilities indefinitely.
